JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant is seeking the transfer of the proceeding bearing Petition No.1753/2025 from the file of Family Court,

2 27 MCA 69.26 Pune to Family Court, Nagpur.

It is stated that the applicant has already filed two proceedings at Nagpur in which the notice is also issued by the concerned court. In response to the notice issued by this court for transfer of the proceeding, the counsel for the respondent appeared and fairly made a statement that he has no objection for the transfer of the proceeding from Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Nagpur. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :

O R D E R

(1) The application is allowed.

(2) The proceeding bearing Petition No.1753/2025 is hereby transferred from Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Nagpur.

(3) Family Court, Pune is requested to transfer the record and proceedings of Petition No.1753/2025 to the Family Court, Nagpur.

(4) The parties to appear before the Family Court, Nagpur on 16.3.2026.
