This is an application seeking transfer of Petition B No.4/2025 from the file of Family Court Nashik to the file of Family Court, Nagpur.

The applicant/wife is residing at Nagpur. The respondent/husband, who is a police constable, is residing at Nashik. The respondent though served has not entered appearance in the matter.

The applicant/wife is a housewife. It is stated that she has no source of income, although she is looking for some employment. It is also stated that a criminal case, being R.C.C. No.482 of 2026, is pending at Nagpur before the learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur. In such a situation, it will be expedient to transfer Petition B No.4/2025 from the file of Family Court, Nashik to the file of Family Court at Nagpur.

In the event the respondent/husband makes an application for appearance through video-conferencing,

04. MCA 85.26.odt the same may be considered favorably and permission to appear through video-conferencing may be granted on such dates and at such stages as is deemed appropriate by the learned Family Court.

Fees of the appointed advocate be paid as per schedule.
