The learned Counsel for Applicant states that two proceedings are pending at Amravati, one is arising out of the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and another is Regular Criminal Case No. 10122/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code/85 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita arising out of the police complaint lodged by the Applicant. Hence, according to the Applicant, no prejudice would be caused to the Non-applicant, if the proceedings are transferred from Family Court, Buldhana to Family Court, Amravati.

The learned Counsel further submits that the Applicant is not in a position to attend the proceeding at Buldhana for various reasons, out of which, one reason is financial crisis. 3.
In view thereof, issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause - (2) of the Application. 5.
In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rules, and file affidavit of service on or before the next date, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically.
