The learned Counsel for Applicant stated that she has filed one proceeding at Mangrulpir, District Washim for restitution of conjugal rights and another proceeding was filed under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manora. 2.

In view of this, it is the submission of the Applicant/wife that proceedings which are filed by the Nonapplicant/husband at Akola be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Mangrulpir. It will be convenient that all the proceedings will be decided at one station.

Issue notice to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause - (ii) of the Application.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant
