This is an application, seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-373/2025 from the file of Family Court No.2, Nagpur to the Family Court at Pune.

The applicant/wife is staying with daughter of the parties, who is presently two years of age. The respondent/husband has no such difficulty other than his professional preoccupation. A proceeding under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 being Application No.PWDVA 130/2025 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri (Pune). 3.
Having regard to the fact that the applicant/wife has custody of a minor daughter, it will be expedient that Marriage Petition No.A-373/2025 is transferred from the file of Family Court No.2 at Nagpur to the file of Family Court at Pune. It is also ordered that the domestic violence proceeding filed by the applicant/wife being Application No.PWDVA
08. MCA 134 of 2026.odt 130/2025 be transferred from the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri (Pune) to the Family Court at Pune. Both proceedings be kept on the same day as far as possible. 4.
In the event the respondent/husband makes an application for appearance through Video-Conferencing, the same may be considered favourably and permission to appear through Video-Conferencing may be granted on such dates and at such stages as is deemed appropriate by the learned Family Court.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
