The applicant seeks review of the order dated 04/02/2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.323/2026. 3.

The perusal of the order reveals that basically the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 27/01/2026 passed by the respondent No.2-Collector, Gondia. In earlier round of litigation, the aforesaid order was placed on record by the learned Assistant Government Pleader along with pursis dated 04/02/2026. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 27/01/2026 passed by the respondent No.2-Collector, Gondia in writ petition before this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present review application with liberty to file appropriate writ petition seeking challenge to the order dated 27/01/2026 passed

The grounds raised in the present review application and the original Writ Petition No.323/2026 can always be raised in the fresh writ petition challenging the aforesaid order dated 27/01/2026. 6.

In view of the above, the present review application is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
