MARCH 18, 2026 1) This is an application filed by the wife seeking transfer of petition bearing Marriage Petition No.A-864/2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Nagpur to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha. The marriage petition is posted for evidence on 25/03/2026.

2) It is not in dispute that the respondent husband is staying at Nagpur and custody of minor girl child who is around 5 years is with the respondent husband. It will be difficult for the husband to travel to Wardha leaving the minor daughter alone. The wife has failed to demonstrate such difficulty. The proceeding is at an advanced stage.
