Judgment Judgment 5mca180.26.odt 5mca180.26.odt (2) The present Application is filed for review of the order dated 13/01/2026 passed in Civil Application (W) No. 60/2026 for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. (3) It is the contention of the Petitioner that in the said Application, he also sought liberty to file fresh Petition, however, it appears that earlier, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an Application bearing Civil Application (W) No. 1737/2025 seeking permission to amend the Petition and to add Postal Department as party Respondent. Another Application bearing Civil Application (W) No. 1500/2024 was filed by learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeking "permission of not to addition carry out in amendment being not effected the order dated 17/08/2023". In both these Applications, permission was sought to withdraw the same. Accordingly, this Court, vide its order dated 20/08/2025, allowed the Petitioner to withdraw those Applications.
(4) In view thereof, liberty sought for was rightly rejected by this Court. There is no error apparent on the face of record. Accordingly, the MCA is hereby rejected. (NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J.) (M.S. JAWALKAR, J.) ..
