The present application is filed seeking transfer of HMP No.10 of 2025 from the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Saoner to the learned Family Court at Bhandara. It is not in dispute that the applicant/wife is residing at Bhandara with one year old child of the parties. 2.

Having regard to the aforesaid, in the considered opinion of this Court, it will be inconvenient for the wife to travel to Saoner along with the child. Accordingly, transfer application is allowed. HMP No.10 of 2025 is ordered to be transferred from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Saoner to the learned Family Court at Bhandara.
