The present application is filed seeking transfer of Petition No.A/240 of 2025 from the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Akola to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur. It is not in dispute that the applicant/wife is residing at Nagpur with six months old child of the parties.

Having regard to the aforesaid, in the considered opinion of this Court, it will be inconvenient for the wife to travel to Akola along with the child. Accordingly, transfer application is allowed. Petition No.A/240 of 2025 is ordered to be transferred from the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Akola to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur.
