The present application has been filed by the petitioner/applicant, seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1978 of 2026.

The aforesaid writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2026, after recording the continuous absence of the petitioner on the dates mentioned therein.

By the present application, restoration of the writ petition is sought. However, when the matter is called out even today, none appears for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
