1. The Registry has placed an email communication dated 08.05.2026 by the Superintendent, MahaREAT at Mumbai in Appeal No.AT07/00407 of 2025 in the matter between M/s. Prescon Homes Pvt. Ltd v/s. Joseph Bonaventure Rodrigues & Ors, by which a request has been placed before this Court from the Bench of the Appellate Tribunal requesting extension of time of two months for the disposal of the above-referred Appeal.

2. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Appellant informs that the proceedings are kept for orders before the Appellate Tribunal. Taking into consideration that considerable progress has been made 11th June, 2026
