Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking various reliefs; however, the crux of the matter pertains to the urgent supply the complete updated membership list, containing names, enrollment numbers, office and residential addresses mobile numbers and email IDs. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the representation dated 07.10.2025, which is at Page 13 (Annexure-P2).

Perusal of the aforesaid representation reveals that the reliefs which are claimed in the present writ petition are also mentioned and claimed in the aforesaid representation dated 07.10.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite the lapse of more than three months, the said nd.thawre

2/2 representation has not been decided by respondent No.1 - District Bar Association, Nagpur.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present petition with direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 07.10.2025 within 10 weeks from the receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.1 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 9.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
