In the present petition, the communication dated 20th September 2024 withdrawing the affiliation granted by Cycle Polo Federation of India to the petitioner- Akhil Maha Cycle Polo Association is under challenge.

Admittedly, the withdrawal of affiliation is by Cycle Polo Federation of India.

Mr. Mahajan, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 makes a statement that the federation has lost its affiliation granted to it by respondent No.1.

In that view of the matter, even if the prayer as made in the present petition to set aside above referred order dated 20th September 2024 is allowed, the petitioner cannot get the MJ Jadhav

2/2 12-WP-174-2026.odt affiliation of the federation which itself has lost its affiliation. 5.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner will apply for the affiliation to respondent No.1 in absence of affiliation of the federation.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach to respondent No.1 for affiliation. 7.

If any such request is made by submitting the application for affiliation, respondent No.1 shall take decision on the same within a period of eight weeks in accordance with law. 8.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 9.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Needless to mention that the stay granted to the declaration of results of the election of the federation shall stand vacated.
