The petitioner has approached this Court with following prayers:
"a.
direct Respondent - Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur to grant regular approval to Petitioner's appointment with effect from her initial appointment i.e. 15.07.1996 within stipulated time;
b.
direct Respondent- Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur to decide applications dated 12.02.2024 and 26.12.2024 (Annexure-K) submitted for grant of regular approval to the service of the Petitioner within stipulated time;"

As per prayer clause (b), the applications dated 12.02.2024 and 26.12.2024 submitted for grant of regular
108.wp.179.2026.odt approval to the service of the petitioner is still pending and accordingly the petitioner seeks directions to decide the same within a stipulated period.

The petitioner has also issued legal notice to the respondent, on 05.07.2025, praying for the same relief. The same is on record at page No. 38 (Annexure L). 5.
In view of the above, we direct the respondentRashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur to decide the application dated 12.12.2024 and reminder dated 26.12.2024, so also the contentions raised in the notice dated 05.07.2025 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioner undertakes to furnish the copy of this order to the respondent.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.
The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No order as to costs.
