The only prayer made in the petition is for seeking a direction to decide the representation dated 12.12.2025 which is annexed to the petition at page no. 48. The prayer seems to be innocuous therefore notice to the respondents waived, even though the AGP appears for the respondent no. 1.

We therefore, dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the representation dated 12.12.2025 submitted by the petitioners within three weeks from the date of this order. 4.
