By this petition, the petitioners have challenged order dated 14-11-2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Amravati in proceedings under Section 107 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958. It is pointed out that the petitioners have already filed a separate revision application before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal and the same is pending consideration before the Aurangabad Bench as the Bench at Nagpur is vacant. It is pointed out that even the matter at Aurangabad Bench was not taken since the concerned officer was on leave. The petitioners apprehend that before the matter is taken up by the Tribunal, their possession will be disturbed which is maintained by them since 1933.

Considering the fact that the substantive revision application filed by the petitioners is pending consideration before the Tribunal, it is directed that the petitioners possession may not be disturbed for a period of two weeks from today.

Petitioners are granted liberty to approach the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal for getting the matter listed for obtaining appropriate orders.
