Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to the respondent No.1 to 3 to forthwith decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of unpaid salary of Rs.1,45,989/- and disburse the same with interest forthwith.

This Court, vide order dated 11.07.2025, in Writ Petition No.3479 of 2019 (Ku. Yanimini Madhukarrao Kalekar Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.), passed the following order:

"Heard.

We have seen the additional affidavit dated 11.11.2024 filed by the petitioner, wherein the grievance is made that balance amount Rs. 1,45, 989/- is not paid. 3.

This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot go into the calculation, however we are of the view that petitioner's claim put forth by the petitioner in additional affidavit dated 11.11.2024 can be looked into by any of the officer above the rank of Project Officer and after

2/3 considering the claim, communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner, if so required.

With above observations, petition stands disposed of" 4.

By virtue of the said order, this Court had directed any of the Officer above the rank of Project Officer to look into the petitioner's claim within 12 weeks from the date of the said order, and after considering such claim, communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the aforesaid decision is not yet taken and payment is not yet made. Hence, this petition. 6.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.2Deputy Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Nagpur, to treat this petition as a representation of the petitioner and decide the same within ten weeks from the date of receipt of this Order, after hearing the petitioner, if so required.

If the respondent No.2 requires any clarification or satisfaction regarding the query pertaining to the calculation, the same may be called for from respondent No.4-Sarvangin Shikshan Sanstha, Sakoli.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order along with the present petition to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from today. 9.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of such

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
