After arguing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate representation before respondent no.6 i.e. the authorized officer of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, Branch Amravati. 2.

Having regard to the controversy involved, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to submit appropriate representation as prayed for.

In view of the controversy related to the rights of the daughter, the trial Court is directed to expeditiously decide the civil suit bearing Special Civil Suit No.84/2025, preferably within four months from today.
