Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl.GP.

The petitioner has approached this Court praying various reliefs, which mainly pertains to maintenance of seniority list and the promotion granted on the said basis.

Perusal of the petition reveals that at page 129 (Annexure-20), the petitioner has made complaint on 26.05.2025, by raising detailed grievance before the respondent No.5-Grievance Redressal Committee, Dr. Panjabrao Krushi Vidyapeeth, Akola.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out paragraph 14 (page 11) of the present petition, which reads thus:

"14.

The petitioner again requested to respondent no. 5 on 16/06/2025 to redress his grievance of promotion and also pointed out that in identical case, Vasantrao Naik

2/3 Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani, (VNMKV, parbhani), the academic staff appointed in General Agricultural Engineering and working in Agricultural Engineering was promoted on the Post of Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Process Engineering in 2017. After promotion, his seniority has been shown in Agricultural Process Engineering (document enclosed). On 14/08/2025, respondent no. 5 heard the petitioner and others on the complaint; however, no decision/order is passed till date. Had there been any order, the petitioner would not have required to knock the doors of this Court. May that it be."

The aforesaid paragraph indicates that on 14.08.2025, the respondent No.5 has heard the complaint, however, no decision has been taken till date. 6.

The petitioner, vide prayer clause (vi), has also sought a direction to the respondent No.5 to decide the complaint dated 26.05.2025 within stipulated period. 7.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present petition with direction to the respondent No.5- Grievance Redressal Committee, Dr. Panjabrao Krushi Vidyapeeth, Akola, to decide the complaint dated 26.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner, within four weeks from the date of production of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.5 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
