Since the issue as regards law and order is involved, which the concerned Authority has to assess and take a decision, we do not consider it appropriate to make any comment either way on such issue. Therefore, we do not want to exercise our discretion in the present matter, wherein permission for the procession has been denied to the petitioner - Sanstha on the ground of law and order concerns. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Needless to mention here that we have only considered the issue involved that the permission is denied to the petitioner-Sanstha for procession.
