DATE : 13.02.2026 Learned counsel for the petitioners again seeks time to deposit 50% of the amount, which is the outstanding amount, as was directed by this Court by an order dated 16.01.2026. The time to deposit the amount was extended on the request of the petitioners by order dated 05.02.2026 and one week time was granted. It was also ordered by order dated 05.02.2026 that on failure of the petitioners in depositing the amount within the time granted, the petition be listed for vacating interim relief. 2.

Till today, the amount is not deposited and the learned counsel for petitioners is again seeking 15 days time.

Considering the fact that the sufficient time was already granted and subject to deposit of the amount, the interim relief was granted, the interim relief granted on 16.01.2026 stands vacated.
