The relief sought in the petition can be redressed by issuing direction to the respondent no.4-Tahsildar, Chikhali, District Buldhana to decide the application submitted by the petitioner on 20.10.2025 which is at record page 36, Annexure-H, praying for mutation in the 7/12 extract/record of Gat No.520 Mouze-Rohda Shivar. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application is not yet decided.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.4-Tahsildar, Chikhali, District Buldhana, to decide the application dated 20.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order of this order.
