An innocuous prayer has been made in the present petition in terms of prayer clause (i), seeking a direction to respondent No.4 - Collector, Amravati, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 27th January, 2025. 3.
Since almost one year has elapsed after the submission of the said representation, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.4 - Collector, Amravati, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 27th January, 2025, which is at record page No.40 (Annexure-IV), within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 4.
The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
