Heard learned counsel for the petitioner 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the respondents are served and affidavit of service in that regard is also filed on record.

A request for grant of time to file affidavit in reply is made on behalf of respondents, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the elections have been held and a new body has been elected, there is a possibility of major decisions being taken, which would affect the interests of the parties.

In view of this, time is granted to respondents to file affidavit in reply on record till 17.04.2026. 5.

Till then, no major policy decisions affecting the issues raised in this petition be taken by the newly elected body.
