Learned AGP Mrs.Mrunal Naik waives notice for the respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee.

Admittedly, proposal dated 29/08/2025 for caste validation is pending before the respondent No.1-Caste Scrutiny Committee. The only limited prayer the petitioner is seeking by this petition for direction to the respondent No.1Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period and during the pendency of the proceeding his services to be protected.

In view of the limited prayer, in our considered opinion, notices to other respondents are not necessary. KHUNTE

In view thereof, the petition can be disposed of with directions to the respondent Nos.1 to 3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

The respondent No.1-Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Gondia is hereby directed to decide the proposal dated 29/08/2025 within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this order before it. 7.

The petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Gondia on 29/01/2026 at 11.00 am.

The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner till the decision of the respondent No.1-Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Gondia in the proposal dated 29/08/2025.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
