The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned recruitment advertisement of the year 2025 issued by the respondent No.2 for the post of Social Service Superintendent (Medical) on the ground that it allows the eligible non-specialized MSW candidates, who do not possess MSW with specialization in 'Medical and Psychology'.

The contention goes to the root of the matter pertaining to the Recruitment Rules for the said post. Prity

2 / 2 127.wp476.2026 However, the Rules are not on record neither such pleading is there challenging the violation of such rules. 4.

In view of the above, Shri Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh placing on record the aforesaid Recruitment Rules and raise appropriate challenge. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The issue of the jurisdiction to the said challenge of the petitioner is kept open.
