The present petition seeks a direction to the respondent No.2Collector, Bhandara to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27th November, 2024, which is at record page no.20 (Annexure-A).

Since it is more than one-and-half years that the said representation is pending with the respondent No.2-Collector, Bhandara, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
