Since the nature of controversy in the present petition, as is emerged from the submissions to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, seems to be innocuous, notice to the respondent No.4 is dispensed with.

The petitioner has approached this Court for directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Buldhana, to adjudicate/scrutinize the caste claim of the respondent No.1, which is pending before it within a particular time period. After going through the record, we find that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent No.2, i.e., the Collector, Buldhana, on 23.12.2025. In
907 wp 493-2026.odt 3/3 that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with following directions :
i) The respondent No.2, Collector, Buldhana, is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 23.12.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
ii) The petitioner is directed to produce the order of this Court before the Collector, Buldhana on 28.01.2026. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of.
