(2) By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No. 1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner and also against the Respondent No. 2 - MSETCL, Jalgaon Khandesh not to terminate the services of the Petitioner on the ground of non-submission of validity certificate. (3) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 05/02/2026. (4) Learned AGP waives notice for the Respondents.
