(2) Learned AGP placed on record a communication dated 02/05/2026 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha to the Government Pleader informing that there is no administrative, procedural or legal impediment in considering the transfer of the teachers and the office has no objection to grant approval to the transfer of the concerned teacher. 69wp541.26 69wp541.26 present Writ Petitions. However, in Writ Petition Nos. 540/2026 and 541/2026, the salary of the Respondent No. 3 - Employees is withheld from 07/08/2025 and 06/08/2025 respectively.

(4) As such, we direct the Respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha to release the salary of the Respondent No. 3 - Employees in Writ Petition Nos. 540/2026 and 541/2026 from the date of their joining on the transferred posts. The Respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha is hereby directed to communicate the order of approval to the Respondent No. 3 - Employees within a period of two weeks and release their salary from the date of their joining on the transferred posts within a period of six weeks thereafter.
