At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to correct numbering of the prayer clauses.

Permission is granted.

Amendments be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner-society has approached this Court, seeking various reliefs in the present writ petition, more particularly, setting aside the E-tender issued by the respondent No.3.

However, perusal of the present petition reveals that the petitioner had approached the respondent-authorities, raising the same grievance as raised in the present writ petition, and had sought reliefs by way of detailed representation dated 01.08.2025, which is at record Page-112 (Annexure-L).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid representation is not yet decided by the respondent-authorities and thus, he has alternatively prayed vide prayer clause (b) to direct the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure-L) within stipulated period.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the respondent No.2Commissioner of Fisheries, State of Maharashtra, Civil Lines, Nagpur, to decide the representation (Annexure-L) dated 01.08.2025 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 10.

Needless to mention that all the grounds, raised in the present writ petition, are kept open.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
