Heard Shri. N. R. Tekade, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The contention is that the criminal complaint lodged by the petitioner No.1 before respondent No.3 - Maharashtra Public Service Commission, Mumbai, on 07.07.2025, which is at record at page No.55 (Annexure-P12), and the complaint dated 12.08.2025, which is at record page No.62, have not yet been decided by the respondent Authorities. Hence, the petitioner No.1 seeks a direction of this Court to respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid complaints within a stipulated period. 3.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No.3 - Maharashtra Public Service Commission, Mumbai, to decide the criminal complaint dated 07.07.2025 lodged by the petitioner Petitioner No.1 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 4.
