Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to the respondent no.2 to implement the Government Resolution dated 24.02.2023 governing appointments of the legal heirs of the deceased/ retired/medically unfit Safai Kamgars employed with respondent no.2Municipal Corporation, Chandrapur. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted representations on 09.05.2025, 24.06.2025 and 23.09.2025, which are collectively annexed at record page Nos. 32 to 37-Annexure-D. However, the respondent no.2 has not decided the representations as yet.

In view above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2-Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandrapur, to decide the representations submitted by the petitioner, which are annexed at record page nos. 32 to 37Annexure-D, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

Decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 6.
