The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.1 - Collector, Akola, and respondent No.2 - Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Murtizapur, to remove the encroachment as directed by respondent No.3 - Sub-Divisional Officer, in Proceeding No.

LND-25/Murtizapur/01/2019-2020, as stated in prayer Clause (a).

At the outset, we have expressed our opinion that we are not inclined to entertain such a prayer, which is in the form of execution of the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the representation dated 6th November, 2025, submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.1 - Collector, Akola, seeking the aforesaid relief.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 - Collector, Akola, to decide the representation dated 6th November, 2025, which is at record page No.41 (Annexure-VII), within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order, and to take necessary action in accordance with law.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
