Ms. Hemlata Jaipurkar, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondents.

Looking at the fact and as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is an apprehension of termination of his service which is a statutory fall out of the invalidation claim by the Scrutiny Committee under the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-Notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000. 4.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move to this Court before the returnable date, if such apprehension arises. 5.

Since learned A.G.P. waives notice on behalf of all the respondents and as stated above there is a threat of any
