The said order is not annexed to the petition and in response to the query about this order, the learned counsel for petitioner states that the said order is not supplied to the petitioner. 2.

After advancing further arguments when the Court was not inclined to entertain challenge to the notice dated 22.12.2025 issued by the Naib Tahsildar, Nagpur, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks Prity
