The petitioner's challenge is to the Order dated 16.01.2025 passed in Petition No.A-1500/2019 by the Family Court No.4, Nagpur thereby, directing the petitioner to pay maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Petitioner is directed to deposit the entire arrears of the maintenance as granted vide Order dated 16.01.2025 with this Court, within a period of three weeks from today.

After the amount is deposited with this Court, list the petition for further consideration.
