Heard Mr.Thakare, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The perusal of the impugned communication dated 12-09-2025 reveals that the only reason for which the present petitioner has not been invited for the initial medical examination for grant of appointment is the adverse police verification report which shows that there is an offence bearing Crime No.156/2022 registered against the present petitioner. The aforesaid remark also points out that there is APL No.533/2022 filed by the petitioner for quashing of the aforesaid offence. It is only because of this adverse police verification report, impugned communication dated 12-09-2025 has been issued to the petitioner which is sought to be challenged before this Court. 3.

In view of the above, we permit the present petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue APL No.533/2022 for quashing of the aforesaid FIR bearing Crime No.156/2022. Once the aforesaid proceedings are culminated either way, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court.

In view of the above, writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
