Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondent No.2-National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi, to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, seeking equivalence for conducting the Board examinations of the 10th and 12th standards, as approved by Respondent No.2. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that an application was submitted on 01.12.2025, followed by reminder applications dated 31.12.2025 and 12.01.2026. However, the said applications have not yet been decided by respondent No.2 and, therefore, seeks a direction from this Court to decide the aforesaid application within a stipulated period.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present nd.thawre

2/2 petition with direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the application submitted by the petitioner on 01.12.2025, which is at Page 48, Annexure-P2, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
