The petitioner is seeking reliefs as prayed for in the prayer clauses which pertains to the Advertisement No. 109 of 2022 issued by the respondent No.1 Maharashtra Public Service Commission, Mumbai for recruiting the candidates on the post of Deputy Engineer (Mechanical). 3.

Since, the aforesaid post is under Government of Maharashtra and the civil post, the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to approach to the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Permission is granted.
