Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) By this Petition, the Petitioner is only seeking direction to the Respondent No. 4 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner expeditiously.

(3) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that the matter is closed for orders before the Caste Scrutiny Committee. In view thereof, insofar as the other prayer for grant of stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned order dated 21/01/2026 passed by the Respondent No. 3 - Deputy Director of Health Services, Nagpur is concerned, we are not inclined to entertain the same. (4) In the meanwhile, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are hereby directed not to fill up the vacant post which was occurred due to the termination of the Petitioner. If the decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee goes against the Petitioner, the interim relief of not filling up the vacant post shall be continued for a period of three weeks from the date of decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
