Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners have approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents to complete construction of the sewerage line which is kept open in front of the house of the petitioners. The petitioners also seek further ancillary reliefs for illegal demolition of the compound wall.

However, perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioners had already approached the respondent No.3Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Bahadura by submitting a representation on 24.03.2025, seeking the aforesaid reliefs. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that almost a year has lapsed; however, neither the aforesaid representation has been decided nor any action has been nd.thawre

2/2 taken by respondent No.3.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide the representation submitted by the petitioners on 24.03.2025, which is at Page 74, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.3 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of such decision.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
