Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and JMFC, Saoner, to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 60 of 2015 (Ganpat Vs. Deoman) along with Regular Civil Suit No.118 of 2017, pending on the file of learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Saoner.

It is contended that the aforesaid Regular Civil Suit No. 60 of 2015, instituted on 15.04.2015, is still pending before the learned Trial Court and is presently at the stage of evidence. The relevant Rojnama has been placed on record at page 33, Annexure-D.

Considering the pendecny of the aforesaid civil suits and the age of the petitioner, we direct the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Saoner, to decide the aforesaid nd.thawre

2/2 suits within one year from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
