In the present writ petition, one of the prayer clause is in relation to quashing and setting aside the appointment of Administrator appointed by the petitionersociety. The said prayer does not survive, as the Hon'ble Minister for Higher and Technical Education has set aside the appointment of the Administrator vide order dated 15/04/2026.

The order of the Hon'ble Minister is taken on record which is marked as Article 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Since the appointment of Administrator has been set aside, the Management will now manage the affairs of the college and will take necessary decision in the matter, in

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, it is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
