The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.3 - the Secretary, Gat Gram Panchayat Pathari, Tahsil Ramtek, District Nagpur, to forthwith remove the encroachment made by respondent No.4 in terms of the order dated 11th February, 2025 passed by respondent No.2 - the Additional Tahsildar, Ramtek, District Nagpur.

The aforesaid order was passed on 11th February, 2025. However, it appears that no application has been made by the petitioner to the concerned authority pointing out the alleged non-compliance of the said order and seeking its implementation.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 - the Secretary, Gat Gram Panchayat Pathari, Tahsil Ramtek, District Nagpur, to treat present writ petition as a representation made on behalf of the petitioner for the reliefs prayed for herein.

Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order, after granting an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, particularly respondent No.4. 6.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
