Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondents for payment of interest @ 12 % on the delayed payment of the retiral benefits to the petitioner. 3.

Perusal of the petition, however, reveals that the petitioner has not yet approached the respondents seeking such reliefs, and consequently, no representation is pending before the respondents at the instance of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present petition with direction to the respondent No.3-Nagpur District Co-Operative Agriculture Rural Multipurpose Development Bank, Nagpur, to treat the present petition as a representation made by the petitioner, and decide same within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to nd.thawre

2/2 furnish copy of this order so also the copy of the petition, to the respondent No.3 within two weeks from today. 6.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
