The petitioner, who is the employee of respondent No. 2 - Maharashtra State Ware Housing Corporation, Amravati, has approached this Court praying for following reliefs:
"i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or directions to quash and set aside the impugned orders passed by respondent No.2 on 26/08/2025 (Annexure-P1), 15/09/2025 (Annexure-P2), and 15/12/2025 (Annexure-P3), in the interest of justice;
ii) Stay the effect and operation of the impugned orders passed by respondent No.2 on 26/08/2025 (Annexure-P1), 15/09/2025 (Annexure-P2), and 15/12/2025 (Annexure-P3), in the interest of justice, till the decision of Writ Petition, in the interest of justice;
iii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondent authorities not to take any coercive action against the petitioner, till the
decision of Writ Petition, in the interest of justice; iv) Issue an appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondent authorities to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 3/11/2025 (Annexure-P8), in the interest of justice.
v) Saddle the cost of the proceedings upon respondents;
vi) Grant any other relief in favour of the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the may also kindly be granted in the interest of justice."

So far as the challenge to the impugned order dated 26.08.2025, which is on record at page 36 (Annexure P-1) is concerned, the aforesaid order is already challenged by the petitioner before the appellate authority i.e. respondent No.1- the Chairman and Managing Director, Maharashtra State Ware Housing Corporation. The administrative appeal, challenging the impugned order, is on record at page 78 (Annexure P-8).

Since the petitioner has already challenged the aforesaid impugned order dated 26.08.2025, in an administrative appeal before the respondent No.1, the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. 5.
So far as the challenge to the impugned communication dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P2) and communication dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure P3) are concerned, the aforesaid communications are consequential to the aforesaid order dated 26.08.2025, which is under challenge before the respondent No.1 in the aforesaid appeal
and hence, the anxiety of the petitioner seeking stay of the aforesaid communication can be addressed by filing an appropriate application for grant of stay to the aforesaid communications dated 15.09.2025 and 15.12.2025. 6.
In view of the above, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for grant of stay to the impugned communication dated 15.09.2025, which is on record at page 43 (Annexure P2) and communication dated 15.12.2025, which is on record at page 44 (Annexure P3) before the respondent No1.

If such application is filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.1, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the aforesaid application on its merit and expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
