Shri. J. Y. Ghurde, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. 3.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.2 - Liquidator to take expeditious steps and decide the claim of the petitioner pertaining to accumulated interest. The prayer Clause (ii) of the present writ petition reads thus :
"ii) further be pleased to issue directions to the Respondent no.2 to consider the representations dated 28.07.2025, 26.08.2025, 10.10.2025 and 27.12.2025 being Annx - 'E', Annex - 'G', Annx - 'H' and Annx - 'K' thereby directing him to release the amount of accumulated interest thereon;"

The representation dated 28.07.2025, which is at record at page No.34 (Annexure-E), raises the aforesaid claim of accumulated interest before the respondent No.2, which is not yet decided by it.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 - Liquidator to decide the representations dated 28.07.2025, 26.08.2025, 10.10.2025 and 27.12.2025, as mentioned in the aforesaid prayer Clause (ii), within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
