The learned counsel has invited our attention to the One Time Settlement (OTS) application dated 16/12/2025 which is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.3-Bank for settling the loan account. Shri Thakkar submitted that the petitioner has deposited substantial amount in the loan account and accordingly, he will settle the matter with the respondent No.3 by depositing the balance loan amount. 3.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the application for One Time Settlement dated 16/12/2025 which is at Annexure-D (record page No.37) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
